We conduct research to inform good programmes and effective delivery, and evaluate programmes to understand how effective they have been and to inform future learning.

We extensive experience conducting multi-country and mixed methods research, assessments and evaluations for large scale programmes supported by FCDO, USAID, CIFF and multiple other clients.

Halcyon’s experts have an extensive track record of carrying out a wide range of assessments, research, reviews and evaluations, especially across Africa. We have been responsible for researching various programme interventions for the private sector, including demand-side and consumer behaviour for reproductive health products and assessing the supply-side options to roll out health services across countries. Our team has helped donors understand how their gender and health programmes are operating and how improvements could be made so that better results can be achieved with better value for money, and so that future programmes can apply important lessons and best practices.
