We integrate nutrition into our programme interventions to particularly support pregnant women and young children.

Halcyon is scaling up it’s nutrition work to ensure that it is integrated into our programming as much as possible.  We are doing this as many of the countries and locations that we work in have some of the worst nutritional indicators, and integrating enables us to have a greater impact for women and children.    Where opportunities exist, we are focussing on leveraging our health expertise and experiences to support various nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive interventions in our reproductive and maternal health programme support, delivery of services through the private sector, public sector planning for nutrition programmes and integrating nutrition messaging into community-based behaviour change campaigns.
